Brand Audit

One score for your whole organization.

Sample the material your organization actually ships — social media, brochures, presentations, sales material — and get one Brand Audit Score: where drift lives, what to fix first, and a client-ready PDF report.

Included on every plan — each audit asset uses one review from your allowance.

Fix logo usage in presentations

4 of 22 assets affected — correct the master template against the Blueprint.

Four steps to an executive answer.

1

Name the audit

Q3 2026 Brand Audit, Pre-Rebrand Audit — the date is recorded automatically, so repeated audits become a trend over time.

2

Sample every touchpoint

Drop in 3–5 recent examples per touchpoint — social media, brochures, presentations, sales material, email, events and more. Website pages can be added by URL.

3

Every asset is measured

Each file gets a full review against the Brand Blueprint — logo, colors, fonts, layout and spacing — exactly like a standard Asset Review.

4

One executive answer

A Brand Audit Score out of 100 for the whole organization, with every underlying review one click away.

A report built to be handed to a client.

Not a bundle of twenty separate reviews — an executive diagnostic. And it downloads as a polished PDF led by the client's own logo, so agencies can deliver it as-is.

Where your brand is drifting

Touchpoints ranked weakest to strongest — see at a glance that presentations are the problem while social media holds the line.

Most common issues

Recurring failures clustered across the sample — one wrong template shows up as one issue affecting many assets, not twenty separate complaints.

What to fix first

A prioritized action list — critical, important, minor — built only from what was actually detected, each with a concrete recommended action.

Consistency by check area

How many sampled assets are free of confirmed violations in each check — logo, color, typography, layout and spacing.

Run the audit again next quarter and the Brand Audit page charts your score over time — the honest answer to “is our brand getting more consistent?”

Brand Audit, answered.

How is a Brand Audit different from an Asset Review?

A review answers a narrow question: is this one asset on-brand? A Brand Audit answers the bigger one: how consistently is the whole organization applying the brand right now? You sample real material across touchpoints, every file is measured, and the results roll up into one executive-level score with a prioritized fix list.

How many assets should I include?

Three to five recent examples per touchpoint gives a clear picture — but fewer is completely fine, and you can add more assets to a draft audit at any time before generating the report.

Does an audit use my review allowance?

Yes — each asset in an audit uses one review from your monthly allowance, exactly like a standard review. A 20-asset audit uses 20 reviews.

What if the engine flags something that is actually fine?

Every finding can be dismissed with a reason — the dismissal is recorded in your audit log — and regenerating the report recomputes the score honestly from the current findings.

Can I give the report to a client?

Yes — the report downloads as a polished PDF led by the client’s own logo, with the score, drift ranking, common issues, fix-first list and every asset’s result. It is built to be handed over as-is.
